Bushwick is literally an open air museum when it comes to street art. The industrial buildings and warehouse walls are covered with graffiti art from different artists. If you are a fan of creativity you must come to Bushwick in Brooklyn, right off the Jefferson Street L train stop. 

Amazing colorful street art like you've never seen before. It's spread out over a few blocks and on every corner you will discover something totally different. From abstract to realistic to iconic creations. 

This outdoor gallery, also known as the Bushwick Collective, is really worth a visit. While you're down there, make sure you check out some local hot spots like Roberta's Pizza (to die for!), The Cobra Club (delicious coffee), North-East Kingdom (farm to table).

We love to wander around on the dirty streets of Brooklyn. There are so many cool areas to explore. Especially now during summer Brooklyn is the best. We like to hang out here because it feels a bit like home - Amsterdam. Comparing to Manhattan it's very relaxed, there are less people on the street, no rush.

We absolutely adore our new treasure, the beautiful leather bag from Stieglitz. Not only their collection of bags and clothes is super tasteful, but also their story behind the brand. They're inspired by different tribes from all over the world, so it feels like you own a unique piece of art.

SUNDAY SLACKER

How was your weekend? 

We danced, sang, jumped, rolled and partied like it was 1999! Of course with those kind of weekends, there are consequences.. Yes we're talking about hangovers. Ugh. Luckily this time wasn't so bad, because we had our Onepiece to snuggle into.
